Stonehenge at Sunset, John Constable


Stonehenge was a favourite subject of the English Landscape painter John Constable. He painted this evocative picture of the sunset at Stonehenge during 1836.  This image has been meticulously digitally re-mastered, from a high-resolution capture, and had most of the blemishes and scratches removed from the original © Megalithic Maps 2020.

Fine art reproductions are Giclée printed using archival grade pigment inks on three types of high-quality A3 (420 mm x 305 mm) paper at the original image size of  294mm by 191mm with a border of just over 50mm.
