Stone Circles at Avebury by John Aubrey

This is one of the earliest plans of the site completed by John Aubrey, Avebury’s first chronicler and was created during the July Of 1663. This pencil drawing contains the field boundaries as well as the houses along the town cross-street.

This image is a high-resolution capture of the original artwork.  Reproductions are Giclée printed using archival grade pigment ink on three types of paper with three sizes: Poster Paper (ideal for direct wall mounting), Fine Art (ideal for picture framing) and Fine Art Archival ( for picture framing with extended paper  longevity.)
