This fine lithograph of Silbury Hill was created by Louis Haghe and William Day for the book, ‘The Celtic Druids.’ by Godfrey Higgins published in 1827.

Together Day and Haghe formed the most famous Victorian firm of early lithographic printers.  Their lithographs were so meticulously conceived and technically advanced that in 1838 they were appointed ‘Lithographers to  HRH Queen Victoria’.  The firm also pioneered the medium of printing lithographs with and in colour.

Digitally remastered and available on three different types of fine art paper in two different sizes, the high-resolution reproduction is  Giclée printed on all paper types using archival grade pigment inks.
